What are your check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and Check-out is strictly at 12:00 NN. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and are charged at ₱200 per hour. Check-outs beyond 3:00 PM will be charged the full room rate.
What do I need to present upon check-in?
A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.

Do you allow walk-in guests?
Yes, we welcome walk-in guests, subject to room availability.
Is there a dress code in the hotel?
Yes. Guests must dress appropriately. Barefoot, shirtless, topless, sando, and wet clothes are not allowed, especially in the lobby and restaurant.
Are pets allowed?
We love pets, but unfortunately, we do not allow them inside the hotel premises.
Are children allowed to stay for free?
Yes. Children 1–12 years old can stay for free when sharing a room with paying adults and using existing bedding.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Yes, breakfast is complimentary for all checked-in guests. Children 3 feet & below are free of charge, children above 3 feet up to 4 feet – 50% discount, while children above 4 feet – regular rate
Is smoking allowed in the rooms?
No. Smoking is strictly prohibited. A ₱6,000 penalty applies for violations. We have designated smoking areas.
Can we cook in the room?
No. Cooking is not allowed. A fine of ₱3,300 to ₱7,800 will be charged if violated.
Are visitors allowed inside the room?
Visitors may only be entertained at the lobby until 10:00 PM. Staying visitors or additional guests beyond the allowed time will be charged ₱1,500 per head.
Is there a safe in the room?
Yes, each room has a safety deposit box for valuables.
What happens if I lose my key card?
A ₱500 charge applies for lost key cards. Extra key cards require a ₱500 refundable deposit. All key cards must be surrendered upon check-out.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Maya, and GCash.
Is full payment required at check-in?
Yes. No payment, no check-in policy is strictly implemented.
Can I get a refund for an unused reservation?
Unused reservation fees may be refunded as gift certificates, subject to management approval.
Are outside food and drinks allowed?
Yes, but they may only be consumed inside the room. Corkage fees apply if consumed in public/common areas.
What are the operating hours of your F&B outlets?
- Hub & Spoke Cafe and Restaurant – 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- Viento Sky Bar (rooftop) – 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM
What are the pool hours?
The swimming pool is open daily from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Are there any safety rules for pool use?
Proper swimwear is required. Children must be accompanied by adults at all times. There is no lifeguard on duty –Â swim at your own risk. Jet Hotel is not liable for any incidents involving unsupervised children.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. JET Hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to vehicles while parked.
Can I store my luggage after check-out?
Yes, luggage may be stored at the Front Desk for up to 4 hours at your own risk.
What if hotel property gets damaged during my stay?
Guests are responsible for any damages caused by negligence or misconduct.
Costs for repair or replacement will be charged. Severe cases may result in legal action.
