Maintenance

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists the General Services and Safety Supervisor in running the Unit which encompasses Engineering & Maintenance, Security Services, Pool and Grounds Maintenance;
  • Performs, as necessary, technical and clerical services, equipment operation, basic maintenance and repair, materials handling, custodial services, logistical support, routine security and/or customer services, and/or other related duties in accordance with day-to-day requirements of the specified unit or department.
  • Carries out various activities related to such areas as shipping and receiving, materials handling, warehousing and inventory control, and/or property management, as appropriate to the position;
  • Trouble shoots or carries out routine repairs and preventive maintenance works;
  • Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
  • Performing preventive maintenance
  • Handling basic repair and maintenance
  • Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them
  • Repairing equipment or structures as necessary
  • Perform any other related task that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills

Bartender

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
  • Taking beverage orders and serving them to guests in a timely manner.
  • Possibly and politely check identification of customers, if necessary, to verify they are of legal drinking age.
  • Mix and garnish beverages according to recipe and portion control standards.
  • Should be fully aware of the bar and lounge menu along with their prices and any applicable taxes.
  • Take guest beverage or food orders and input them to the point-of-sale system.
  • Ensuring that the bar and lounge stations are fully stocked, clean and tidy at all times.
  • Ensure knowledge of menu and bar promotions and any special offers.
  • Pick-up food orders from kitchen and communicate to the chef regarding any special preferences or allergy.
  • Responsible in handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates, cards and vouchers.
  • Manages stock levels and makes supplies inventory;
  • Act as an OIC when the F & B Supervisor is not present.
  • Perform any other assigned duties and responsibilities as assigned or as requested by Supervisors/Management.

Food Server

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
  • Taking beverage and food orders and serving them to guests on a timely manner.
  • Check guests for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with local and company laws and regulations.
  • Mix and garnish beverages according to recipe and portion control standards.
  • Preparing and serving beverages such as drip coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea and other specialty drinks;
  • Promoting and recommending menu options to customers;
  • Should be fully aware of the bar and lounge menu along with their prices and any applicable taxes.
  • Take guest beverage or food orders and input them to the point-of-sale system.
  • Ensuring that the bar and restaurant stations are fully stocked, clean and tidy at all times.
  • Ensure knowledge of menu and bar and restaurant promotions and any special offers.
  • Pick-up food orders from kitchen and communicate to the chef regarding any special preferences or allergy.
  • Responsible in handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates, cards and vouchers..
  • Daily and Monthly Inventory 
  • Cashiering
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation, monitor food presentation, and address any issues or concerns related to food quality or customer satisfaction.
  • Perform any other assigned reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned or as requested by Immediate Supervisors/Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 18 years of age
  • At least 1 year of related solid work experience in the field
  • Experience working in a restaurant will be an advantage
  • Available to work on flexible hours
  • Preferably a resident of Lipa, Batangas or nearby town
